When using a 902 code for reception of communications with alarms, it is equally important to protect the client of an excess of consumption due to a bad working order of the transmitter equipment.

Masvoz has designed a tailor made solution for the security companies, that consists of a 902 (Intelligent network numbers) line managed by remote control by the client thanks to Control Panel for the reception of calls transmitted by alarms. Thanks to this solution, the company can control the received calls at real time; seeing the saturation level of the alarm receiver equipment and modifying the configuration of the 902 lines at real time, in case of fall of the reception equipment.
Moreover, the solution incorporates a notice system in case hyperactivity is detected in any of the transmitter alarms. The company decides the common parameters of number of notices in a specific time lapse; and if any emitting equipment goes beyond the specified parameters, an immediate notice is sent by e-mail or SMS (Push SMS) to the supervising staff, to correct the breakdown of the transmitter equipment in the less possible time. In this way, the client is protected against an excess of consumption in calls to the 902 of the receiver station.
Masvoz also offers the security companies the integration of the SMS sending gateway, for the user to receive in the mobile telephone the sent notices by the house or commercial premise alarm.
