Masvoz is holder of general authorizations given by the Comisión del Mercado de las Telecomunicaciones which enables it to the provision of electronic communication services including:

Operation of a public network of electronic communications.
The resale of the land line telephone service available to the public.
The telephone service in data networks in interoperability with the telephone service available to the public.
The transport of telephone traffic among operators.

As a telecommunications operator, Masvoz is subject to secret of communication duties, personal data protection and public liabilities bounded to networks and electronic communications services. Moreover we guarantee final users and consumers rights as specified in the Telecommunications general law 32/2003 of the 3rd November.
